We offer 6yard Concrete Washout boxes, 10yard, 15yard, 20yard, 30yard, and 40yard.

Two Weeks, if you need to keep the dumpster for a longer period of time an additional $100/per week will be applied. *Effective February 1st, 2023.

Residential Dumpsters: A valid credit card on file is required to pay for all current and future dumpsters ordered. *Note: Your credit card will not be charged until delivery of your box is complete. **Any addt'l fees due to mattresses, large furniture, tires, or electronics will be billed separately. ***If you place electonics on top of your load box, you will not be charged extra fees.

Commerical Dumpsters: A valid credit card on file is required to pay for your initial dumpster order (billed upon delivery), however for all future orders you will receive an Invoice. Invoices will be sent through your companies' choice of via email or postal mail. All Invoices are Net 15 terms, unless prior terms are discussed. All past due invoices must be paid up to date, prior to receiving addt'l box orders in the future. 

Simply just give us a call and we will come and exchange your box with an empty one. **Note: You will be charged full price for any and all additional dumpsters changed out. 

We will have our drivers drop your rolloff in the location of your choice, discussed during your initial reservation. However, if you should decide you want it relocated after the initial delivery has been made, you will be charged an additional fee for relocation. *Minimum charge $50 (based on location). *Note: The rolloff trucks are very heavy, so please understand that there could be surface damage to driveways and yards that are soft or unstable, such as scuffing and structural. 

Delivery fees are standard on every billing invoice for jobs located more that 5miles from our home base location. 

Yes we have additional fees for large items disposed in our boxes.

 If your dumpster sustains any damage during your rental period, please notify our office as soon as possible, so we may address it before the driver shows up to haul away.
If your dumpster arrives damaged please call us to report to prevent addtional charges or be held responisble. 

All rental fees include delivery, pickup, two week rental time frame, and landfill disposal fees (larger household items addt'l charge).

Please make sure the location you want your rolloff dropped is clear from snow, ice, and debris. If the drivers cannot access your location due to any of the following you may be charged and addt'l fee for a failed attempted delivery.  

If available, marking your drop off point with a road cone makes it easier for the drivers to pin the location drop your looking for. 

Any and all hazardous materials such as your cleaning products, chemicals, paints, engine oils, anything liquid etc. 

These items cause box damage and are not accepted at our landfills. *Addtional charges will be assessed for these items. 

Ultimately, this will depend on the type of material you place in the dumpster as the weight of the loaded dumpster cannot exceed 27,000 pounds. In addition (regardless of weight), debris cannot extend above the sides of the dumpster. In other words, the dumpster can only be filled to “level.”  Our drivers will not pickup boxes with leaning debris on the side of the dumpster over with items hanging over side. The driver will note these items in their logs and send photos back to office as reference. Addt'l fees will be charged if driver to has to make an addt'l trip for proper pickup of the dumpster.

Every dumpster has a FILL LINE on them. In order to safely load and haul them on our roadway and to avoid fines from law enforcement on the trucks/drivers, dumpsters should not be filled past this marker. If our driver shows up and dumpster are over filled, they may result in a number of conclusions such as:

-Non pickup and an addt'l fuel charge

-Addt'l debris charge

-Someone on site taking the time to remove before loading

Please make sure driveway locations are free from snow, ice, and fallen debris. Our truck drivers will not deliver boxes if they cannot safely make it up the driveway, to avoid damage to truck, driver safety, or property damage. A re-delivery will be rescheduled at the renter's expense of addt'l fuel. 

If available, marking your drop off point with a road cone or an object discussed during reservation makes it easier for the drivers to pin the location drop your looking for.
