Each dumpster rental includes a 14-day rental period.
If you need to keep the dumpster beyond the initial 14 days, an additional $100 per week will be added to your rental fee for each additional week.
A valid credit or debit card is required to place an order for residential dumpster rentals and for any future dumpster orders.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Electronics placed on top of the load will not incur an additional disposal fee. Please ensure all other materials remain safely contained within the dumpster and do not exceed the designated fill line.

If your dumpster becomes full before your rental period ends, simply give our office a call, and we will arrange to have your full dumpster exchanged for an empty one.
Please note that each additional dumpster exchange will be charged at the full rental rate. Additional disposal or other applicable fees may also apply depending on the materials being disposed of.
Our drivers will place your rolloff dumpster in the location specified and agreed upon during your initial reservation.
If you decide that you would like the dumpster relocated after the initial delivery has been completed, an additional relocation fee will apply. Relocation fees start at $50 and may vary depending on the location and distance of the move.
Please note that rolloff trucks and dumpsters are extremely heavy. While our drivers take care to minimize potential impact, surface damage may occur to driveways, lawns, yards, or other soft or unstable surfaces. This may include scuffing, rutting, cracking, or other structural or surface damage.
By requesting delivery on a soft or unstable surface, you acknowledge the potential for surface damage and accept responsibility for conditions resulting from the weight of the truck and dumpster.
A standard delivery fee will be included on all invoices for rental jobs located more than 5 miles from our home base location.
This fee helps cover the additional travel and fuel costs associated with deliveries outside of our standard service area.
Yes, additional disposal fees apply to certain large household items and specialty materials placed in our dumpsters. These fees are charged based on the type and size of the item.

If your dumpster sustains any damage during your rental period, please notify our office as soon as possible so we can document the damage and address it before the dumpster is scheduled for pickup.
If your dumpster arrives with existing damage, please contact our office immediately to report it. Promptly reporting any pre-existing damage helps ensure that you are not held responsible for damage that occurred prior to your rental and helps prevent any unnecessary additional charges.

Please ensure that the area where you would like your dumpster placed is clear and accessible prior to delivery. The designated drop-off location must be free of debris, vehicles, snow, ice, and any other obstacles that may prevent our driver from safely accessing the area.
If our driver is unable to access the designated location due to any of these conditions or other obstructions, an additional fee may be charged for a failed delivery attempt.
If possible, please place a road cone or other clearly visible marker at the desired drop-off location. This helps our drivers easily identify the exact placement area and ensures your dumpster is delivered where you need it.

Hazardous and liquid materials are strictly prohibited and must not be placed in the dumpster. This includes, but is not limited to:
These materials can cause damage to the dumpster and surrounding property and are not accepted at our disposal facilities.
Additional charges may be assessed for any prohibited materials found in the dumpster.
If you are unsure whether an item is acceptable, please contact our office before disposing of it.
The amount of material you can place in the dumpster will ultimately depend on the type and weight of the debris. The total loaded weight of the dumpster cannot exceed 27,000 pounds.
In addition to the weight restriction, all debris must remain level with or below the sides of the dumpster. Debris may not extend above the sides, lean over the edges, or hang from the dumpster in any manner.
Our drivers will not pick up an overfilled or improperly loaded dumpster. If debris is extending above the sides, leaning over the edge, or hanging outside the dumpster, the driver will document the condition, note it in their delivery/pickup logs, and provide photographs to our office for reference.
Every dumpster is clearly marked with a FILL LINE. For the safety of our drivers, other motorists, and the public—and to ensure compliance with transportation regulations—all dumpsters must be loaded to or below the designated fill line.
If a driver arrives and the dumpster is overfilled, the dumpster may not be picked up until the excess material has been removed and the load has been brought into compliance.

Please ensure that all driveway and access areas are clear of snow, ice, fallen debris, vehicles, and other obstacles prior to your scheduled dumpster delivery.
Our drivers will not attempt delivery if the driveway or access route cannot be safely navigated. This policy is in place to protect our drivers, trucks, the dumpster, and your property from potential damage.
If delivery cannot be completed due to unsafe or obstructed access, the delivery will need to be rescheduled at the renter’s expense, including any applicable additional fuel or trip charges.
If possible, please clearly mark your desired dumpster drop-off location with a road cone or another visible object discussed during your reservation. This helps our drivers quickly identify the exact placement location and ensures your dumpster is positioned where you need it.
